Description

When you come up the street from the Gandy Dancer to get on the Broadway Bridge, there is a small island in the street with grass/plants, and the plants are too high to see over. I've nearly hit several cars blinded by the high grass/plants. Could you remove growing plants and replace with non-growing mulch or stones?
