I have submitted a Public Nuisance Notice to the City Contractor to remedy the violation of overgrowth.
I am currently awaiting an update from the bank to determine if they will be taking care of the unmaintained swimming pool violation. I am to receive an update from the bank by 6/23/17. Should an update not be received by this date, I will be submitting a Public Nuisance Notice to the City Contractor to remedy this violation as well. Thank you.

After re-inspecting the property on 7/5/17, I have observed that the bank has covered the pool per HUD standards. The violation for the un-maintained swimming pool has been corrected and I have closed out my case regarding the pool.
I currently have an open case regarding the overgrowth and dead vegetation on the property. The bank has mowed the property and I am currently awaiting word from them as to when the additional clearing of dead vegetation and overgrowth will be corrected. Should this not be corrected within a timely manner, the City Contractor will be visiting the property to finish up the work.

I have been informed by the bank that the clearing of overgrowth, brush piles and dead vegetation is scheduled to be completed by 7/14/17. Should this violation not be corrected by the date specified, the City Contractor will be going out to the property immediately to finish up the job.
As previously stated, on 6/22/17, Mosquito dunks and bits were placed in the pool to control the mosquito issue. Since then, the bank has gone in and covered the pool to HUD standards. The violation of un-maintained swimming pool/stagnant swimming pool has been corrected and that case has been closed.
