Description
For 24 hours so far, 5 vital parking spaces, including the handicap spot, have illegally been blocked by a contractor. The same company did this when they worked on a water pipe a month or so ago. They come in, days in advance, illegally block critical residential parking without permission or signs from the city and, most importantly the handicap spot. Enough courtesy warnings. The barrels need moved and they need to be fined. They also still have not fixed the missing side walk panel that is a tripping hazard and has been reported twice before. It's single side parking tonight and tomorrow and not enough spaces as it is.
