Description

A medium sized tan dog (with white colored feet and tail and near mouth)dog near back of building P facing the street is continuously allowed to run free without a leash or supervision. It goes to the bathroom everywhere and the owners do not clean up after it. They simply open their door and let the dog run freely, use the bathroom and come back completely unsupervised. Dog Poop and waste is all over the property even though it is against the rules and numerous complaints have been made.
