Description

Abandoned shopping cart in Frogtown Park and Farm. It could be found in the center plaza not too far from the parks parking lot on top of the hill.

There's also some dumped rubble that was was already reported nearby. Rubble was in the parking lot and now closer to the sidewalk near the bike parking.
