Description

Construction closure of bike lane and sidewalk on the west side of 2nd Street between Franklin and Webster is not in compliance with Oakland's updated bike/ped construction zone access guidelines. This closure will also impact greatly on the produce market businesses in this area, which often use both the curbside parking and bike lane for loading every weekday.
