This complaint is about the speaker at Popeyes, When a vehicle approaches, the speaker automatically screams, "Love that chicken from Popeye's" . We can hear it at our residence a block over, which seems to be extreme and possibly violates Sec. 16-105. While we understand this is their business, we would appreciate it being turned down to the level that the code allows or even at a level that only the approaching car has to hear. It's nuisance to have to listen to this over and over again every time a vehicle approaches their drive thru whenever their business is operating. We appreciate any assistance you can offer.
