Description

As you leave the mall to cross Gov. Warfield Pkwy onto Twin Rivers Road, the traffic signal cycle is very short, allowing fewer than 6 or 7 vehicles to cross before the light turns yellow. With traffic on surrounding roads, this green light is not long enough and traffic backs up onto Broken Land Pkwy. .
