Description

This has been reported in the past. Sometimes it's fine but many times the dumpster is way too small for the number of apartments in that building. Squirrels and in the past raccoon have gotten in and there have been other rodents (rats)in the neighborhood.Also the trash blows around the city and into the wetlands where it is often not retrievable due to the conditions and poison ivy.
