Description
Road appears to be sinking down creating a dip in the road. It has deepened to the point that drivers must slow to less than 10mph in order to not scrape the front end of a low sitting vehicle.

A. There is a growing dip in the street near the cul-de-sac. Drivers are now forced to almost stop completely or go around the dip by driving on the wrong side of the street if approaching it heading southbound on 62nd St.
