Still sitting there, not picked up. Would appreciate this being addressed as I don't care to look at trash for another several weeks. We have homes for sale in the neighborhood and do not need this eyesore reducing their chances of selling or limiting the selling price.

After having conducted further research and speaking with the property owner, it has been determined that this property is not in violation. There is an agreement between the property owner and Waste Management & they have a scheduled a pickup date for the bag of construction material at the curb. The owner has all proper permitting & the property is considered a "construction site", so any construction material and/or debris is permitted to remain on the property while work is being done. Please also provide the ordinance that permits trash and construction debris to be sitting curbside for weeks in an active construction site.
