Description

At the NW corner of Leslee Lake, there are 2 PVC pipes sticking out of the water. Not sure if it is one pipe broken or debris stuck in the mud. Also the smaller inflow/flow storm drain pipe into the lake has a concrete support wall that is washed out behind it.
