I don't doubt this was happening at the time of the report but the sidewalk is clear over the weekend.
I believe the parking unit was short staffed by working night shift's during the street sweeping that took place this past week so they missed this one during the daytime.
If it happens again I encourage you to use SeeClickFix but follow up with the police department parking unit at 658-2700 if they don't respond by acknowledging the complaint on SeeClickFix.
