The lights are on city property, they go on and off with the other lights on the street. They were put up with the pathway leading to Bloor Street to allow people access. I don't care who owns the lights they need to be replaced and our condo is not replacing same.

Some older residents are concerned that people can hide in the weeds that are behind the lights that are off at night. The weeds were also reported some are waist high.

The weeds have been cut however the light's are still out.
