Description
A Person camping on property from 11 AM till 4 AM the next day ! Every day. There is no building at this place just a vacant lot this fellow has no running water no electricity he is urinating and whatever else in broad daylight something needs to be done now. there are children that ride their bicycles to school by there everyday I do not understand what the hold up is on not doing anything about this !
