Description
The residence located at 1817 W. Laburnum Ave has grass that is partly hip-high on a grown person. The house is owned by a Mr. Johnson. It was his father's house; he passed away several years ago. No one has lived there since. Mr. Johnson lives out of town. The grass does not get cut regularly, and it has not been cut yet at all this year. 2 winters ago, a pipe burst and created an ice waterfall in the shrubs outside. PLEASE do something soon! Other neighbors are also complaining.

I have been meaning to post on this as well. I just looked at the city assessors website, and the images of the house make me sad to see the state of the house today....and worry about what could happen with much more neglect...pipes, foundation, animals living in the house. etc. There is a car parked in the spot behind the house as well. Haven't had a chance to get a look at the plates.
