there are about 50 sand bags left from two weeks ago when workers closed 74th Ave and 1st Street for possible manhole repair/maintenance. The sand bags have been stacked on both 74th Ave NE and 1st Street for two weeks. Neighbors are complaining because trash is now being thrown in and around those bags. Would like the bags removed and trash cleaned up.
