This is a high level safety issue in my opinion and I have observed the issue many times. NO PARKING signs are either missing or have been removed from one side of Riggs Hill Rd. in this section. Contractors line both sides on many days AND unload in the street and then roll up tarps in center of a county road with regular traffic. This causes severe visibility issues and it is only a matter of time until the is an incident causing human injury. Pro-Built says they have no control and pass the responsibility on the mostly independent drivers but the drivers say the opposite and are told to unload here. Happy to meet to help find a solution that works for all parties but I don't want anyone hurt; especially my staff and I operate out of 3 buildings affected by this situation.
