Upon my visit to property I did not observe any vehicles blocking the sidewalk, however I did speak with the resident at 8091 regarding vehicles blocking the sidewalk. Our departments normal business hours are M-F 8am - 5pm. Should the violation occur outside our normal business hours you may contact the Police Department non-emergency at 369-7864 and they will be able to assist you. I did not observe any vehicles parked across the sidewalk today when I went to property. The Pinellas Park Police Department issued a parking ticket on 4/20 to a white pickup truck observed parked across the sidewalk at property. I will continue to monitoring the property for a brief period of time to ensure the violation is not occurring during our normal office hours, however the violation appears to be occurring during the evening and weekend hours.

I do believe the issues is occurring mainly during the evening hours and week ends.
