Description

The pedestrian cross light on Luckie St. (Southeast corner) between the Equitable Building and the Aderhold (GSU) never switches to give the pedestrian the right of way, no matter how long the pedestrian waits or if they have pushed the button. You can wait two cycles, three cycles, and the cross signal never comes on. I would like this fixed, rather than just crossing when I think it's OK to cross.
