Hi Emeryville Council Team
I live on cross street of 65th and Christie, lately I am very annoyed by the train making tremendously loud noise by pull the signal for more than 10-15 times for long hours even pass midnight.

I understand the suppose to be signals and noises for incoming train alert, but it feels like the train operators have been abusing the bell which really reduce the quality of living in this neighborhood.

Would you please have someone to monitor what they are doing on a daily or weekly basis to make sure they are not over pulling the signals.
