Description

For several months the city has been working on underground water pipes along 23rd Street. The road was deconstructed and then rebuilt improperly, leaving behind a mess, leftover bricks and killing shrubs/plants in sidewalk beds. Can someone please return to fix and repair as it was before?

i've been making a similar complaint for about 2 years, not just about the potholes, but about mess/destruction left behind by city workers, how they don't clean up after themselves, and often leave work areas worse off than they were before.

Thanks for the info! We put alot of time, money and energy into maintaining the area. They destroyed it, left behind piles of dirt (which blew onto our freshly painted house) and killed the plants.
