I agree that they should start using SeeClickFix software, it has worked out well for the City of Huntsville. But, just because you report an issue on SeeClickFix in Madison doesn't mean the city will see it or fix it if they are not using the software. Until they start using SeeClickFix software people that are reporting issues in Madison on SeeClickFix are just wasting their time.
