Description
New dock & davit construction located at 1994 Carolina Circle NE, St. Pete, FL 33703. The dock extends 70ft into waterway in viiolation of Section 166-333(b)(1) and (b)(2) of the Code which limits the length of the dock to half the width of the lot. The lot is 118ft, so the length can'lt be more than 59ft. Also, the 56,000 lb. boat lift violates the side setback requirement of 50ft, per Section 166-333(b)(2) of the Code. The permit no. is P46235-16. The permit contains numerous errors of fact.
