Houses located on Gay St. have legal access to to an open alley off of Glenn St., under ORD 598-90 revised ORD 736-90. Due to the alley being blocked with concrete parking markers the physical access of this alley no longer exists. Would like to have City Officials take the steps in providing the homeowners on Gay St. to have physical access as well as the legal access which is already provided. Thank You!
