Yes, though I'd be interested to know whether there is a time frame associated for a roll-off dumpster of that size at a property. Generally this area gets pretty "trashed", including the yard at the property (same property owner) to the left of your shot (160). I've tried to contact him directly about it, with no luck.

The inspector noted the sofa was removed about a month ago.
