Litter complaint this neighbor has been "reroofing " his house for 2 yeara he has not done any work on it in over a year and now with the high winds we have been experiencing his rroofimg supplies have been flying off the roof littering my yard. Shingles, metal scraps,sheets of plastic, tools. He has tarps and bricks.covering the leaky parts of the rood causing an eyesore
