The violations on this property are still not fully complied, so I have spoken to the owner/occupant and issued a formal enforcement document. I will continue to monitor this property.

I have issued an additional enforcement document due to only partial compliance and no further contact with the property owner and will continue to monitor this property.

Please be advised that I have posted the property as a Public Nuisance. The property owner will have 10 days to remedy the violation. Upon re-inspection, should the violation of overgrowth remain, we will then be submitting this property to the City Contractor to remedy.

Also, I have opened up a separate case to address the Maintenance of Structure (hanging gutters) violation. I will be preparing the paperwork and issuing a Notice of Violation.

This issue has been submitted for a Special Magistrate/Code Enforcement Board hearing. This hearing is scheduled for 8/23/2017.

This issue was heard by the Special Magistrate/Code Enforcement Board on 8/23/17 and found guilty. If the property is not brought into compliance by 9/18/17, a fine/lien hearing will be scheduled.
