Leaving wires exposed across a sidewalk going to a school, and open wiring next to their lights and stations so the parishioners are exposed to possible shock hazard. YES, I'll report it every time Safety First

A order to comply was issued to the property owner to remove wiring

Church members worked on area Friday, March 24th,,,,Exposed wire connections are now covered, no longer wire crossing a sidewalk, thank for for concern. Season of lent ends on April 14th, Good Friday

Exposed or not, this electrical work is illegal and has to be removed or a citation will be issued.

Oh, was told exposed, that is why we had several members of our church work on this for several hours ...... guess we where misinformed.... we will try our best this coming weekend and fix wires so we can continue this very special lighting for the most Holiest time of the year which ends the weekend after next.
