There needs to be a stop sign at E22nd and 13th Ave to stop the long stretch of unabated speeding. There is currently 4-5 blocks of 13th that do not have a stop sign. Cars use this stretch to travel at excessive speeds (50 MPH+). The long stretch of 13th Avenue with no stop signs coupled with the cars parked along both sides of 13th Avenue Makes E22nd street and 13th Avenue a very dangerous intersection where multiple serious accidents have occured. The Vehicles parked on 13th ave block the view of vehicles crossing at E22nd Street. When cars speed down 13th at well over 50MPH collisions happen and nearly happen every day because there is no 4 way stop at this intersection.
