What's the point of this website? I live in an apartment building at 64 Glenwood Avenue in Jersey City and reported an issue about a vehicle parking daily and blocking the fire exit. The first time I reported the issue, it was referred to the parking authority who stated they could not assist me, I posted that fact on the website and nothing was done. Then I proceeded to report the issue again and was advised to call the police when the car parked there, I reported that I had already attempted this approach but the cars rarely come and when they come they fail to issue a ticket. I assumed the city would contact the police department and since then I have called the cops on 12 different days and not a single ticket has been issued. Why have a site to acknowledge a problem, not fix it, and just waste people's time? Acknowledgement is not a solution. I do not know how to proceed, I am extremely frustrated.
