Meant to be a regular report. Anyway the block of South between Central and Bowers is dark. No light on the side of dry cleaner and the one yellow streetlght on the block is quite dim. The photo makes it look better. Thanks for asking.

Heightsman, would you look and see if the streetlights are out and take their numbers and report them?

That is not the problem. Lights not out. Block needs more or brighter light.
