Description

A metal pole is hanging across sidewalk about 5 1/2 feet up across the sidewalk. This could be very dangerous for someone not paying or attention or visually impaired. It is attached to the power pole and crossed the sidewalk higher up but it seems to have fallen and now is a big hazard.
