Description

Cranford east of Beverly has deteriorated into a mostly stone road. A number of potholes have developed. Drainage is poor, with water ponding in the potholes and in the yard of 4303 Beverly. In cold weather, the water in the street freezes, creating a safety concern. At a minimum, this road needs additional 304, compaction, and a double chip seal.
