Observed two pedestrians step onto an unlevel/dislodged curb/sidewalk grate and one fell and twisted their ankle. City could get sued. Please walk down Wilmington St on both sides and make sure all the grates and metal plates along the curbs are secure and not a pedestrian tripping hazard. This particular hazard is around the marked address
