Description
A utility has been left lying on the south side of S. 142nd just west of 42nd Ave S. It has been there at least 2 months. I understand the need to pre-position a pole, but this seems excessive. This is not the first time this has happened. I suspect there is at least one utility pole in the ditch north of the Baptist church on Macadam Rd. It was there for months until covered by vegetation. I never saw any evidence (vegetation ripped out) that would indicate it was removed. (I could be wrong.) This was during the period when SCL was busy with the light rail project.
