  Any updates on who the property owner is? More trash has been dumped recently.

  If this is not public property, then you need to get the property owner to come out and maintain the space. The rest of us shouldn't have to deal with crime and trash dumping because Tim Lewis Communities can't get started on their development after half a decade.
