I checked with National Grid and they say they do not own these fixtures. There are three decorative posts, two in front of City Hall and one across Corning Place and they are all out. The two in front of City Hall are less of a problem because that area gets a fair amount of light from other streetlights. The one at the bus stop is more of a problem because people waiting for the bus are hard for bus drivers to see. Thanks.
