Description

The cleanout plug at 1739 Wirt Road is still broken and much rain water is draining into the sewer system. As you can see the city left their cone and never finished the job. in addition the parking lot has been left in a terrible mess and needs to be put back to a condition of equal or better than it was before the hole was dug.
