Description

During the past week snowstorms, yjr City of Quincy pavement snow plow damages my walkway concrete slab at 199 Centre Street, Quincy MA 02169. This slab now needs to be replaced and is in a very unstable and unsafe to walk on. As this was clearly damaged by your vehicle I am holding the city of Quincy responsible for replacement of the damaged property and also liable for and injury caused as a result of this damage. Please let me know as soon as possible how to proceed this with situation. Should I hire a contractor to replace the slab or will the city arrange that ? I have several other pictures that show more images of the damaged walkway and the point of impact where the snowplow hit it.
