Description
This property has a large tree in the front yard that does not seem to ever be trimmed or maintained in any way. It looks to be completely overgrown into the neighboring property & street. The branches are hanging so low in the street that it hits the top of trucks driving by.

Any part of a tree that hangs onto a neighboring property is the neighboring property owner's responsibility to trim if it is perceived as a nuisance. In this particular circumstance, the property owner is only responsible for maintaining what is directly on his/her property.

Thank you for using Pinellas Park Click & Fix, I have opened a new case to address the tree on the rear of your property that is damaging the fence. Please see Click & Fix Issue #3223147 for information.
