We will forward your request to our Code Enforcer. It is the responsibility of the person living in the residence to keep the sidewalk clear of snow and ice. Failing to comply with this sidewalk clearance ordinance is a fineable offense.

The sidewalk and driveway are clear. My question is whether the boulevard (the grass) where the bus stop sign is should be cleared as well, or if just using the driveway to get to the bus, or waiting in the street, is expected.

Is it expected that waiting in the street or using the driveway for a bus stop in the winter is acceptable? Or, should I reopen this in the winter if this happens again?

Also, is there a better way to report this that gets looked at before the middle of summer when it's clearly no longer relevant? :)
