Description

The metal plate over the sewer cover following the re-paving of Chelsea Drive is becoming a nuisance. The plate is no longer square over the opening made for it, making the plate a tire puncture hazard. The plate is very loud and annoying, particularly at night when trying to sleep. The plate is an eyesore for our lovely street that is otherwise freshly paved. The plate has been there for over 2 months now. When will this be fixed? Why hasn't the contractor who installed the improper sewer cover/opening been brought back to rectify the mistake at their cost? Fixing this issue needs to be made a priority.
