This is hysterical they keep copying and pasting the same reply with out realizing they are say it is going to be fixed six months ago! Get it fixed already!

Thanks, I am not that concerned to call. I was just stating the obvious that the complaintant is clearly informing the system that it has not been completed as it was stated and the reply that is repeatedly given is that it will be fixed in March, well March passed and went and you are still replying with it will be fixed in March. Maybe you meant March 2019, not 2018 but the year should have been specified seeing that this complaint was filed in 2017 and a year and a half later still no progress, and this is still left open. Very discouraging to those who file complaints.

This issue was acknowledged but not done.

There may be factors with this issue that the Code Officer and/or Code Officer Supervisor are aware of...That is why you are continuously asked to contact either the Code Officer or Code Officer Supervisor.
