Description

To call this a pothole is a huge understatement. There is a twenty foot by ten foot section of road that is nothing but rubble and loose tar. We literally watched yesterday as the dpw crew threw some loose material into a PUDDLE, and left. NONE of that paving material (?) stuck. None of it. It's all loose pebbles mixed in with larger pieces of tar/rock which was formerly part of the road. As soon as the plows come tomorrow all this material will be shoved into my yard, and there will be nothing but a massive piece of road missing. Please, this has been getting worse for years, and is now beyond patching. This needs REPAIR, not a patch.
