Description

Near Wind River on the road that borders the back of the Del Monte Building and right along Encinal Basis is mounds of garbage that have been dumped, yet again.

This is on the Wind River property and they will have to take care of removal. Since it is private property we cannot remove items. Sincerely, Gail Carlson, Public Works

Gail Carlson, Public Works, This is NOT on the Wind River property. It is along the road that cars use and borders the basin of water and back of the Del Monte Building. This is a dumping ground and I have reported many illegal dumpings on this road in the past and it is taken care of. Please respond.
