It has been months that the sidewalk has been closed and we can not get a status for repair? The problem was created in March 2016 and has gotten worse. No status in the last 3 months. This is a worthless reporting system if nothing is ever updated. All I get is an acknowledgment that the issue has been recognized?

There is still no progress on repair of the closed bridge and sidewalk? There is has been no status provided? I guess the city is waiting for someone to fall into the hole and get hurt, or hit by a car walking in the street on the bridge.

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
