A. A citizen phoned the office this afternoon to inform the Commission that there are numerous construction workers crossing in the middle of the street (rather than at a crosswalk) during their lunch hour that work for The Standard at the corner of University Avenue and 13th Street. He’s hoping that someone can reach out to the construction workers so there won’t be another tragic accident.
