LIght Pollution! There is just too much light on E. Howard. There are the new cobra lights .(http://www.decaturmetro.com/2013/06/18/east-howard-avenue-getting-some-new-streetlights/) But now GA Power just installed 4 more acorn lights in the exact same location as these cobra lights. So now we more than enough light. It actually looks like a prison yard. Can one of set of these lights be removed? The cobra lights or the acorn lights? IT IS TOO MUCH LIGHT for one residential block

Thank you for submitting this issue. We will look at the situation and evaluate the light needs for this block. The original cobra heads were needed to provide lighting for the multi-use path across the street. We will see what options can be considered.
