Description

Loud dumpster truck unloading woke up my entire family at 6:45 am this Saturday morning in violation of construction work and noise rules. Request the builder be cited for violating noise ordinance and reminded of working hours. Project is at 212 Chelsea Drive and the builder is Domain. Dumpster company is Double D.

Staff discussed the issue with both Domain Custom Homes and with Double D (dumpster provider) on October 17th. The City also understands that Domain Custom Homes contacted Double D to underscore the importance of keeping the construction hours for Saturdays (9AM-5PM).
